1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Delta Safari.


2. Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

The following cancellation charges may apply:

More than 30 days 10% of the total booking amount
15–30 days 25% of the total booking amount
7–14 days 50% of the total booking amount
Less than 7 days 100% of the total booking amount
No Show / Failure to Arrive 100% of the total booking amount

Specific tours, hotels, cruises, flights, and international packages may have different cancellation policies imposed by suppliers.


3. Flight, Train, and Transport Bookings

Cancellation and refund policies for flights, trains, ferries, cruises, or other transportation services are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective service providers.

Any supplier cancellation charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.


4. Hotel Booking Cancellations

Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel, season, and booking conditions.

Some hotels may be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Partially refundable
  • Subject to cancellation fees

The applicable hotel cancellation policy will be communicated at the time of booking.


5. Refund Process

If a booking qualifies for a refund:

  • Any transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes already paid may be non-refundable.

6. Amendments and Rescheduling

Requests for changes to travel dates, passenger details, accommodations, or other booking components are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Additional charges may apply for modifications.


7. Cancellation by Delta Safari

Delta Safari reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Public health emergencies
  • Insufficient participation

In such cases, customers may be offered:

  • An alternative travel arrangement,
  • A travel credit, or
  • A refund of recoverable amounts received from suppliers.

Delta Safari shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.


8. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be guaranteed for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Floods
  • Cyclones
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes
  • War
  • Government regulations
  • Transportation disruptions

Refunds, if any, will be subject to recoveries received from third-party service providers.


9. Non-Refundable Services

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Processing charges
  • Service fees
